This resort is just wow! The beautiful Khoti's are the best designed accommodation we've ever stayed in! Stunning in design and decor and so much space! The attentiveness of the staff is beyond amazing. The manager, Mr Parikshit Rathod, is constantly around checking everything is running smoothly and to your satisfaction and also spent a lot of time just sitting and chatting to us which we really enjoyed and appreciated. Head chef Arun is always aiming to please and would prepare anything for you (ingredients allowing!) and delivered some amazing food. Every other member of staff was courteous and helpful and friendly. And last but not least our wonderful butler Suraj who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect; he really didn't let us lift a finger. This resort is a perfect example of exemplary service but at the same time it feels like home. For the safari experience we saw several gorgeous lions as well as many birds. The safari experience is very different to those in Africa; being a national park there are very strict guidelines and a driver and ranger from the park has to take you. You need to be at the park an hour earlier to make all the arrangements and the timings and routes are very strict so don't arrive expecting an African experience. Although different it is still enjoyable. Overall a truly magical place in a perfect setting with wonderful staff.

Lovely tasty food prepared by chef with iin house grown organic vegetables for all guests is very unique. My stay at Aramness Lodge was one of the best luxury safari experiences I’ve had in India in a long time. While the jungle and its wildlife remain unpredictable—whether you spot lions or not—the thrill of the safari is unmatched. However, what truly made this trip exceptional was the lodge itself and its incredible staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience for my family and me. This trip was particularly special as it was my 10-year-old daughter’s first introduction to the wilderness, and Aramness provided her with the perfect blend of nature, culture, and luxury. Nestled in Gujarat’s rich heritage, the lodge offered us so much more than just safaris. Daily activities such as pottery, nature walks, and exploring the resort kept all of us—my wife, daughter, and me—engaged. The well-equipped gym and the beautifully maintained gardens were additional highlights. A special mention must go to the food and beverage team, who consistently delivered culinary excellence. Whether it was homemade comfort food or a more elaborate gourmet spread, they catered to every request (with a little notice) and exceeded all expectations. Staying for six days, we genuinely felt like we were leaving home away from home by the end of our visit. Parikshit, the lodge’s general manager, deserves a heartfelt shout-out. His leadership, deep knowledge of the jungle, and genuine care for his guests set the gold standard for hospitality. Another standout was our butler, Manik, who anticipated our needs before we even thought of them. From coordinating meals to handling laundry and turndown services, his proactive and attentive approach allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our time. The naturalists—Kopal, Aamir and Sowmya —were equally exceptional. Their passion and expertise shone through every safari, nature walk, and village visit. They patiently answered my daughter’s endless questions with kindness and enthusiasm, making the experience both educational and enjoyable for her. Our New Year’s Eve celebration was the perfect way to conclude our stay. With local musicians, a bonfire under the stars, and subtle lighting from traditional kerosene lamps, the night felt magical. The unplugged music and warm atmosphere created unforgettable memories. To everyone at Aramness Lodge, thank you for making this stay extraordinary. You’ve set a new benchmark for hospitality, and we can’t wait to return.

Aramness goes above and beyond, offering a truly amazing experience and exceptional value for money. Over the past five years, we have traveled to some of the world's best 5-star hotels, and Aramness stands out as something truly special. In fact, we believe Aramness deserves a new top rating of 7 stars. The rooms and the hotel are stunning. Our room was the most beautiful we've ever seen, with thoughtful and perfectly placed design elements throughout. The food is delicious and plentiful, with fresh produce grown in their own gardens. A big thanks to Chef Vikash, whose passion for cooking is evident in every dish. Be prepared to eat a lot—he even made a birthday cake for my partner's birthday. Every day at Aramness is an adventure. You might see leopards or lions right outside your room or on the mini safari leading up to the gates. Our safari guide, Ankit, was amazing—super knowledgeable and great to chat with. We saw many lions and lots of other wildlife from the comfort of our jeeps. Although we didn't get lucky with a leopard sighting, we are eager to return and try again. The staff at Aramness are kind and friendly. Special thanks to Nathu Singh for escorting us safely, and to Manager Parikshit for the warm and friendly chats. We've told everyone about this hidden gem and will definitely be back. For those concerned about state laws on alcohol, the hotel assists in obtaining a tourist liquor license and escorts guests to a secret hidden liquor store—yet another adventure to enjoy.

If you are looking for a calming getaway and spending time with nature, Aramness is the place to be. Nestled in the middle of gir forest, it is a perfect spot to just unwind and enjoy the peace. Personal staff is allocated to each villa (or kothi) who really go out of the way to give you the best experience. The hospitality is amazing and the food by the chefs is superb! The place is designed like a dream, and one can spend hours in their library. Every night they create a curated experience for the guests - we loved the Italian and Gujrati nights! It’s definitely a must visit!! (Recommend the October to December period for cooler weather)
